30. Januar 2021 (19:15 Uhr)

Hello Alex , first of all: How are you?
As a lot of people, strange period. Sometimes good feelings, sometimes bad feelings… well that’s life for the moment.

So, for duathlon specialists who do not yet know you, can you introduce yourself in a few words and give your prize list?
Fist of all, I am graduated in Motricity sciences. I really love the idea of movement as a society therapy. In 2010, I won the duathlon European Championships U23 . It’s been a while since I raced a duathlon so it is time to be back to business at Powerman France Embrun in July!
How was this year 2020, which was difficult, unprecedented and incredibly complicated for everyone? How did you experienced the absence of competition, the absence of perspective? How did you train and manage to keep your motivation up?
Short answer: It was hard and tough. I Lost my motivation once or twice during the year. But well, I kept hoping for better to come soon…
And I worked hard. I committed myself to little goals and challenges; it's probably the best way to stay focused
So, to get a little more optimistic on the subject, let's turn the page 2020 and let's look at 2021. What are your goals for this new year?
Hawai qualification. And tons of races :-)
What are your goals by coming to Powerman France Embrun and what advice could you bring to those who would like to register or who are already registered?
I’m coming to have fun and win some ipercent of performance for the Triathlon World Championships in September.
In terms of advice… stay humbled, stay focused on your sensations and don’t play Lucky Luke!
Thank you for your answers, we can't wait to meet you on the starting line of Powerman France Embrun on July 11th.
